Board of Directors Election
Costs are calculated on a Base Price + a Per Ballot Fee. We understand that elections should not be costly and should be reasonable.
0 to 49 units $75 - $145 Base Fee
We understand the Civil Code and how it relates to HOA elections. Our services primarily involve providing an inspector for counting purposes and meeting the requirements of the Civil Code. These elections should take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.
50 to 99 units $145 to $225 Base Fee

To keep costs low we appoint the management company to complete tasks that are not specifically called out in the civil code for the inspector to complete. These elections should take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
100 or more Units $245 to $295 Base Fee
Plus $1.00 per ballot over 100 ballots received.
Your money is important. HOA Elections should not be expensive. If you notice, our costs are based upon the time it takes to complete your election, not by the number of doors in your community. More ballots means more time. We understand that even large associations can have small quorum requirements - why should you pay a large fee just because you have a lot of doors and small quorum. Only pay for the time we take to count your ballots. These elections are 2.5 hours and up.
Governing Document, Recall, and Other Elections
Gov Docs, Recalls, and other non-Board HOA Elections are often more difficult and arduous. We can help you make this simple and easy process for your Association.
Recall Elections
Same fee structure as above.
No Association wants to do a recall election. They are costly and difficult. After the recall election, we are also available to do the new Board Election.
Governing Document changes.

Governing Document Elections are sometimes long and difficult. We can help. We will keep the records you need to make sure your Gov Doc election is done right.
Other Elections

Other Elections could be anything from a land annexation documents to a vote to abandon the Association. We are here to help count those ballots.
