We do Elections of all sizes
Your money is important. HOA Elections should not be expensive. If you notice, our costs are based upon the time it takes to complete your election, not by the number of doors in your community. More ballots means more time. We understand that even large associations can have small quorum requirements - why should you pay a large fee just because you have a lot of doors and small quorum.
Governing Document, Recall, and Other Elections
Gov Docs, Recalls, and other non-Board HOA Elections are often more difficult and arduous. We can help you make this a simple and easy process for your Association.
Recall Elections
No Association wants to do a recall election. They are costly and difficult. After the recall election, we are also available to do the new Board Election.
